BOARD CARE
Follow these instructions to ensure the long life of your board.

Hand wash only! Wipe board with warm soapy water, rinse with hot water and wipe dry with cloth. DO NOT put in dishwasher or microwave or submerge in water:

You may disinfect & deoderize using vinegar or lemon juice and a bit of salt. Wipe or spray on vinegar or lemon juice/salt mixture, let sit for a few minutes and wipe/scrub off.

You should periodically re-oil the board so it continues to repel food particles and doesn't get too dried out. This also prevents stains. Simply apply mineral oil or a mineral oil/beeswax paste using a clean cloth and let sit for at least an hour: DO NOT use vegetable or nut-based oil as they can spoil and become rancid.

You can refurbish your board at anytime by sanding it. First sand the board with the 100 grit, then 150 grit and finish with either a 180 or 220 grit. Once you are done with sanding, wipe dust off, and apply mineral oil or a mineral oil/beeswax mix.
